Selection & Recruitment Criteria
Fitness : Flexibility, Free from knocks knee and flat foot and should be able to run 1 km
in 3 minutes.
Height : 170 CMS. For male, 150 CMS. for Female .
Chest expansion : 80 cm with 4 cm expansion.
Weight: 55 kg to 85 kg.
Eyesight: Far sight: 6/6 clear, Near: 0.6/0.6 without correction free from color blindness able to distinguish color and object.
Disease: Free from inductors, contagious disease. He should be not suffering from any disease which is likely to render him unfit for service or endanger the health of the public.
Educational Assessment: Minimum 10th pass preferred, above, any coursed done.
Verification & Background Checks:
Personal background check
Family/ Peer background check
Police record/ or criminal cases.

Training
Seven Wings Security Services, has training facility in Lucknow with all audio visual aids
where we trains all new recruits and refreshers courses to the existing ones. Boarding,
Lodging & Transportation facilities for 50 Security personal are available at the training
center.
A comprehensive 20 days training capsule has been devised that we believe is in itself a milestone in the industry which includes the following:

Middle Management Cadres and successfully added high Technology Electronic Security system

Onsite training is conducted on regular intervals and also in
case of specific requirements.

Seven Wings Security Services strongly believes that without proper Supervision the quality of security services come down, irrespective of the best of training. To ensure that quality is being maintained at all times, Seven Wings Security Services has placed system of Internal Audit and Random Inspection of all posts. Any discrepancies observed are immediately reported and an action plan is worked out. The Area Branch Manager is held Accountable for its implementation. Further Co- ordinate meeting at GM’s/RM’s/BM’s level with Director is held periodically to review the services for further improvement.
